Product Details

Iron, an essential mineral, plays a pivotal role in maintaining optimal health. Adequate iron levels are essential for numerous physiological functions, including oxygen transportation, energy production, cognitive function, cell division, biotransformation and immune cell support.

Supplementing with a bioavailable and well-tolerated form of iron is paramount to maintaining healthy levels and long-term adherence. Low-bioavailability iron supplements are associated with GI side effects like abdominal cramping, nausea, constipation or diarrhea in up to 80% of individuals, resulting in a 50% early discontinuation rate. Unlike many conventional iron supplements, ferrous bisglycinate is associated with fewer GI side effects, including gas, bloating and constipation.

Suggested Use:

1 capsule per day or as recommended by your health care professional.
