Requirements

• IMPORTANT: YOU MUST FILL OUT A FORM WITH BRIDGE DIAGNOSTICS BEFORE YOUR TEST (CLICK HERE)
• Do not eat/drink, smoke or brush teeth for 30 minutes prior to the appointment.
• The test will be a self-administered saliva based test.
• When arriving at the testing site, stay in your vehicle and call your location’s phone number (see below).
• Let the employee know you are there for the COVID test.
  They will ask you a few questions then bring a testing kit to you in your vehicle.
• Availability of results will vary depending upon which test you take.
• If you have additional questions call your store location at the phone number listed below.
  Due to HIPAA regulations, results can not be given over the phone.
